More handsome bookkeeping on the fridge
For longest of times I’ve looked at our “bookkeeping” for sodas and stuff at the fridge door and many times wondered that it is needing sane overhaul to make it look more better… So at the heat of the moment I decided to cut some 40 pieces of 2.5mm tall lines with our Roland vinyl cutter and make up more professional looking grid where members who store money on “soda-cashbox” can keep some form of bookkeeping.
Attaching stickers straight took suprisingly long time, but I’m quite happy with the results. Now grid at least look straight and not all over the place, and now when members need to erase old text they don’t need to be too careful for not to erase existing grid-lines and so on. Also at Stalli we have whole side of the fridge available so it does fit all current users easily and still leaves room for more, instead being over 2 doors and a side.
Old data from old bookkeeping is printed into paper near fridge, so next time one continues to use the system just look up own info from the paper and write to new system. So, same rules, just better looking and slightly easier to use. There was also some obsolete data on old system that doesn’t get blindly transferred to new system without actual user doing something.
