Short version
- Each member paying the monthly fee gets a storage box
- Personal projects, parts and tools left at the Hacklab must be in your storage box unless some other arrangement has been made.
- Personal storage boxes must be located in Member storage room.
- One storage box per member.
- Items not fitting inside a standard container are subject to special arrangement or risking of repurposing or losing.
Longer version
- Each member paying the monthly fee can store some items at the space. The items must fit within one standard Biltema box of one of the two sizes. The taller one (Biltema 28-439) or shorter one (Biltema 28-438) with a closed lid (Biltema 28-490). The boxes are provided by Hacklab.
- Storage box must be clearly labelled on the front with the member’s name.
- Member with storage box failing to pay the monthly fee will be subject to losing the contents of storage box.
- Hacklab group projects should also be stored in a storage box.
- Personal projects not fitting into a box can be temporarily stored at Hacklab while the project is active. They must be labelled and dated clearly.
- Projects must be labelled clearly with the member’s name and dated with a “best befo
re” date: when the project is estimated to be taken away from Hacklab property. One month’s accuracy is sufficient.
- Projects must never be stored on worktops (tables, chairs etc) where they are on the way of other people.
- Unmarked or expired projects and materials are free to use by anyone
